Please Note: This is an employee-only event. Spouses and other guests will not be permitted to stay at the hotel or attend any of our scheduled meetings or events.

Hotel check-in: Begins at 4:00 pm.

Overflow Hotel: Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne

We will utilize the Aloft hotel for overflow guestrooms. There is bridge that links the two properties and shuttle services is available from both hotels. They are both Marriott properties and thus will be able to coordinate the shuttle service.
