Flight Arrivals: Plan to arrive on Monday, August 12th

Flight Departures: Departing flights should be scheduled on Wednesday, August 14 after 2:00 pm. However, if you are staying for Thursday meetings please plan to depart after 2:00PM on on Thursday.
