Brand Leadership Conference

The Annual Brand Leadership Conference, August 18-20, 2025, is an important event that enables us to recognize FY25 performances and engage in discussions around the strategic priorities, objectives and goals for FY26. Our growth and success in FY25 are proof that great things can happen when we work together as a team and also have the right infrastructure and support in place. We made great strides this year with changing and improving how we operate (run the business) and how we go to market (grow the business), and we also invested a great deal in developing our most precious assets, our people, through various culture initiatives. Our goal at FCG is to bring all of our Brands the tools and systems that will help and support them in reaching their goals of operational excellence and continued growth.

Dress Code Requirements: 

  • Tuesday Celebration Dinner: 
    – Men: sports coat/blazer, tie required, collared shirt and dress pants
    – Women: dress pants, blouse or dress/skirt.
  • General meetings: Business casual; No jeans
  • Excursions: Dress casual: Shirt with company logo and shorts

As leaders of the company, we ask that you set up your personal fundraiser page and actively engage in this important initiative. By sharing your page with your network, employees, company vendors, friends, and family, you’ll be helping raise critical funds for children in need. This is an opportunity for us to unite behind a cause that truly matters and show our commitment to making a difference.

As leaders, it is also your responsibility to inspire your teams to get involved.
