General Event Questions

What is the dress code for the events?

Dress Code Requirements:

Monday & Wednesday Night Events: Dress casual; Shirt with company logo

Tuesday Celebration Dinner:
Men: sports coat/blazer, tie required, collared shirt and dress pants
Women: dress pants, blouse or dress/skirt.
**No jeans**

General meetings: Business casual

Can my spouse come to the events?

Spouse and other guests are not permitted to attend this event.

Am I required to attend all of the events?

Attendees are required to attend all of the scheduled events, except the Wednesday night excursion and Thursday meetings. Check with your immediate supervisor to see if you are required to attend meetings on Thursday.

Travel Questions

Do I need to arrange my own travel to/from Charlotte?

Yes, please take care of your travel to/from Charlotte.

What airport should I fly into.

The closest airport is Charlotte Logan International (CLT).

My flight does not arrive in time for me to ride the bus to the events on Monday. What should I do?

Please refer to the schedule. Buses will leave the hotel around 4:30 PM. Take an Uber/Lyft to the location based on the schedule.

Should I rent a car? How do I get to/from the airport?

We strongly discourage car rentals. Please plan to use Uber/Lyft.

What time should I schedule my departure flight?

The event officially ends at 12:00PM on Wednesday, August 20. Check with your immediate supervisor to see if you are required to attend meetings on Thursday. If so, plan to leave after the time they specify on Thursday and book flight accordingly.

Thursday meetings are for employees only and closed to sponsors.

Hotel Questions

What hotel are we staying at?

The main event hotel is the Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte. Some guests will have accommodations at the Aloft Ballantyne. You will be notified where you are staying.

Do I need to book my own room at the hotel?

No, you do not need to secure a room at the hotel. FCG is handling these details.

Excursions

What is the dress code for this event?

This is a casual event, however, please plan to wear a shirt with your company logo.

How do I get to the events?

Transportation to/from all events will be secured by FCG.

Awards Dinner Questions

What is the dress code for the awards dinner?

Required Attire: Men: Sport coat/tie; Ladies: Dress or Pant Suit

Where will the awards dinner take place?

Date: Tuesday, August 18
Time: Dinner 7:00 – 10:00PM
Location: Hotel Main Ballroom

Wednesday Excursion Option #1 – Golf Event Questions

Can I golf with the group on Wednesday?

Yes, please RSVP for the golf outing when you register for the summit.

Where will the golf event be held?

Verdict Ridge Golf Course

Can I rent clubs for the golf event?

Yes, please RSVP for the golf outing on the attendee registration form. There you can also notify us if you will need clubs.

If I stay for golf, do I need to secure a hotel room?

No, FCG will secure you hotel accommodations for Wednesday night.

Wednesday Excursion Option #2 – Pickleball Event Questions

Can I attend the pickleball event on Wednesday?

Yes, please RSVP for the outing on your attendee registration form.

Where will the pickleball event be held?

TBD

What equipment do I need to participate in the pickleball event?

You do not need to bring anything with you to pickleball, unless you have your own paddle. Please bring your paddle!
Dress appropriately for playtime.

If I stay for pickleball, do I need to secure a hotel room?
