Monday Night Event
Dark Horse Driving Experience
Get ready for an exciting night!! Each year we host a networking excursion on the first night of our event. This year we are going to the historic Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. The venue is home to the Ford Performance Racing School’s pavement-based programs. With a variety of track type options, the property is the ideal location to host a performance driving options.
Track configurations on the facility property include the full NASCAR oval speedway, the ROVAL road course / speedway layout, a dedicated road course, the dragway, the dirt track and also flat surfaces for non-racing type driving activities.
Mustang Dark Horse Experience
Our top fundraisers will we awarded the drive of a lifetime in a 2024 S650 Mustang Dark Horse! The experience includes driving instruction and classroom training, (2) 15-minute driving sessions on the Roval and a hot lap ride with an instructor.
Date/Time: Monday, August 18; 4:30PM – 10:30PM
Transportation: 4:30 Buses head out
Dinner/Drinks: open 6:00-8:00PM
Attire: Casual; Must wear company logo shirt



Tuesday Night Event
CELEBRATION DINNER
This year’s dinner will celebrate all of you who have worked tirelessly to achieve our goal – to be the preeminent provider of flow control, fluid handling and industrial automation products and services in North America. We strive to be recognized by our customers and suppliers as the foremost experts who create engineered solutions that add superior value to our customer’s operations.
Our growth and success in FY25 are proof that great things can happen when we have the right infrastructure and support in place. During this event we will recognize outstanding FY25 performances by Brands and individuals. We will spotlight Technology group achievements, as well as some commendable transformation completed by a few of our Brands. As we head into our next fiscal year, it is important for us to get together to celebrate these successes and renew our commitment to a shared vision of the future.

Wednesday Event (** RSVP Required; Limited Spots**) – Excursion Option #1
Play Yellow Golf Tournament
Children’s Miracle Network Fundraiser
Register to join the us for the Play Yellow Golf Tournament, which will be held at the Verdict Ridge Country Club. Unwind after an exciting week of events with a round of golf and a cold drink. Golf will be followed by dinner and an awards ceremony at the club!
The golf event will take place after the official close of the 2025 Leadership Summit. This is a special event for our sponsors and those who are able to stay and play. Attendance is optional, but fun is expected!
Those interested in staying for golf must RSVP using the attendee registration form. We need a head count as soon as possible, as well as details for club rentals if needed. THERE IS A MAXIMUM ATTENDEE COUNT FOR THIS EVENT. IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

Wednesday Event (** RSVP Required; Limited Spots**) – Excursion Option #2
Play Yellow Pickleball Classic
Register to join the us for the Play Yellow Pickleball Tournament. The tournament will be followed by dinner and an awards ceremony!
The format for the tournament is round robin. Players play solo, switching partners every game. Games are played to 10 minutes or 15 points, whichever occurs first. Players with the most points at the end are the winners. Top performers win prizes. This is a great opportunity to have fun and get to know each other. Tournament is open to all skill levels!
